Is Baxter Wood ecological
We are dedicated to manufacturing shoes according to the highest environmental standards. That’s why we use materials such as natural rubber and 100% cotton and linen. These materials allow us to produce ecological footwear of the highest quality.
Is Baxter Wood Vegan
Much of Baxter Wood's products are vegan. All products that are vegan (PETA approved) have the symbol vegan (PETA approved) in the product description.
Does Baxter Wood manufacture from certified materials?
Yes, we produce from certified materials.

Where does Baxter Wood manufacture?
The bulk of our items are produced in Asia. Our factories are strategically picked based on the proximity to the largest natural rubber farms on the planet, and highest producing PET(recycled plastic to polyester) factories.

ORDERS SHIPPING & RETURNS
When will my order ship and arrive?
We ship all domestic orders through USPS. Standard shipping leaves our Indianapolis warehouse within 48 hours, and typically arrives within 8 business days. Expedited orders are processed the same day for orders placed before 12 pm EST, or the following day if placed after 12 pm EST, and typically arrive in 2-3 days via USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed over the weekend and major holidays are fulfilled the next business day. Please note that orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
COVID-19 Note: We have seen frequent shipping delays after packages leave our warehouse. Please allow up to 15 days of shipping time should you see any issues with tracking.

Where can I find tracking for my order?
You can track your package by clicking “track my order” in your shipping confirmation email. It will take a day or two for your tracking information to populate.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States and the following international countries: Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Are taxes, duties and customs included in my order?
International taxes, border clearance fees, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total during checkout. They are based on the individual product's country of origin and the classification of that merchandise and calculated by our shipper in accordance with the destination country’s tax regulations. No further fees will be charged at the time of delivery.
Where can I find Baxter Wood raincoats and boots?
For online orders, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, reach out to us at help@baxterwood.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take it from there!
Can I update my address, modify my order or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you see an error in your shipping address or want to modify/cancel your order, please email us at help@baxterwood.com as soon as possible and we'll try our best to help out. We fulfill our orders as quickly as possible and cannot promise that we’ll be able to stop your package from being sent out in time to change the address or cancel.
What if my package is lost?
Please take a look at your tracking number to make sure there wasn't a delay before reaching out to us at help@baxterwood.com. Please also check with your neighbors to see if they may have accidentally picked up your package.
What is your return policy?
All Day, All Week, All Year. We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. All return items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags still intact. Return shipping is the cost of the customer.
All items are inspected upon receipt to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies, and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. We do not provide complimentary return shipping. For international shipping, US. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Baxter Wood. There is a fixed $9 handling fee for all returned products that are not exchanged.

What is your exchange policy?
We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. If you’d like to purchase a different item, you may return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order or message our Customer Experience team for support at help@baxterwood.com

How do I return or Exchange an item
Use the Return/Exchange form and we can provide a pre-paid return label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Send the items back using the pre-paid return label with the form clearly filled out enclosed. Drop your package off to your local USPS store and we’ll take care of the rest.

When will I receive my refund?
Returns are typically processed within 3-5 days of their arrival at our warehouse. You will receive a refund receipt via email when your refund is processed. Refunds are generally posted to bank accounts within 2-3 business days.

How long does an exchange take?
Once your package is received, exchanges are processed and shipped within 2-4 days. You will receive a confirmation email with new tracking information enclosed as soon as your exchange item ships. We waive the processing handling fee of $9 during product exchanges.
What is Sezzle?
Sezzle is a service that offers you the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal installments, due every two weeks, without any interest. The first installment payment is made at the time of purchase.
How do I use Sezzle?
To use Sezzle, just shop our website like you normally would and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Sezzle as your payment method. You will be directed to the Sezzle website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Sezzle before, just log into your Sezzle account. Then complete your order – easy! Sezzle is only eligible on orders between 35.00 USD and 1,000.00 USD. Sezzle can’t be used towards gift cards. If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your gift cards separately. Once Sezzle has approved an order, the order details and order value cannot be changed. If items are not in stock or cannot be fulfilled, a refund is issued for them. Sezzle does not support adding items or changing the shipping address for orders that have already been placed. Customers need to place a new order for additional items.

How do I return an item purchased with Sezzle?
Sezzle returns follow our standard return process. Refunds on orders placed using Sezzle will first be refunded from Baxter Wood Company to Sezzle, and then to you. We cannot provide refunds in the form of cash or store credit.

What size am I?
Sizing varies between styles. Check out our "Size Guide” with detailed product measurements on each product page. Additional fit information is included in the product description and details. What is the fit of your raincoats?
Our raincoats are currently a straight cut silhouette, however we are working on designs for A-line fits.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
We are committed to high quality and good fit, 365 days a year. If you’ve found a coupon code online, chances are it is not an official Baxter Wood coupon code. We will not honor any coupons that are not official or approved by Baxter Wood.
