BAXTER WOOD does not guarantee that all items included in the BAXTER WOOD webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, BAXTER WOOD will contact you shortly by phone or by email.
Baxter Wood cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all in- formation is up to date. BAXTER WOOD may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although Baxter Wood strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and webshop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the webshop, BAXTER WOOD will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. BAXTER WOOD, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Part of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organizations. In situations where Baxter Wood acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. BAXTER WOOD cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site.
BAXTER WOOD cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site.
The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and Wits and Wills, LLC (Reg. No. 201702201181979) (“BAXTER WOOD”, “us”, “we”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on BAXTER WOOD website https://baxterwood.com/ (“Website”) and via direct contact with our sellers.
BAXTER WOOD reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Please note that the Terms and Conditions valid for your order is always the Terms and Conditions that you have read and accepted before you have placed your order and not a later version. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
Please note that BAXTER WOOD does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase. BAXTER WOOD preserves its right to stop selling a product. BAXTER WOOD is currently only able to deliver to the following countries here.

3. Placing an order
Please make sure that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions before you place an order.
Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until your order has been accepted by baxter, please see section 5.
If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.

4. Order confirmation
After submitting your order, BAXTER WOOD will send you an automatic order confirmation via email to confirm that we have received your order and that we will start to control the availability of the order. Please note that the order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order. For more information, please see section 5.
5. Acceptance and shipping confirmation
Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose to not accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, occur as a result from one of the following situations:
I. The ordered product is out of stock
II. Inability to obtain authorization of payment
III. An error within the product information, including price or promotion
IV. Suspicion of any fraudulent activity
Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order.
Please note that BAXTER WOOD does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by phone or by email.
If we have already received a payment for the order we will refund the amount to you.
BAXTER WOOD's goal is to describe the products at the Website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. BAXTER WOOD cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
The prices on the Website are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK), Euro (EUR), US Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), Danish kronor (DKK), Australian Dollars (AUD) and South Korean won (KRW), depending on where you are visiting from.
The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website include VAT.
The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website may vary from time to time and BAXTER WOOD is not bound by the price until BAXTER WOOD has accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. The prices may also vary between the physical store and the Website.
If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the shipping confirmation), we will notify you by email about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. BAXTER WOOD always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order we will repay the amount to you.
Please also note that BAXTER WOOD may cancel the order even if it has been accepted by BAXTER WOOD under the condition that you realize or should have realized that the price information was incorrect.
We are unable to offer price adjustments/price matching.
Please note that the delivery costs are not included in the prices for the goods. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage, and below in Section 9.
Customers outside the US: Please note, additional taxes and custom fees may be payable when you receive your order, depending on where you are shopping from. For customers in the UK, please note that products that are not produced within the EU will be subject to custom duties due to Brexit. Such costs does not derive from BAXTER WOOD.
