Exchanges and Returns

Items are eligible for return within 21 days of the delivery date in unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition with all original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Please note the 10% deduction to cover handling costs. Due to our commitment to delivering the best experience to our customers, we are unable to accept returns of items that show signs of wear or damage, or detaching of "Do Not Remove" tags. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

You have 21 days from delivery to return or exchange any unused, unwashed item or to request a refund. After 21 days, unused items may be returned for store credit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.

Yes, we offer exchanges on domestic orders. Please initiate an exchange within 21 days of receiving your order by visiting our Returns Portal or contacting us at info@baxterwood.com.

All purchases made at our pop-up events are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Due to the nature of our venue agreements, we are unable to accommodate return transactions for event purchases.

However, we do offer exchanges on pop-up event purchases. If you'd like to exchange an item, please reach out to us at info@baxterwood.com within 21 days of your purchase and we'll be happy to assist.
