Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date in unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition with all original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.

Yes, we offer exchanges on domestic orders. Please initiate an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order by visiting our Returns Portal or contacting us at info@baxterwood.com.

All purchases made at our pop-up events are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Due to the nature of our venue agreements, we are unable to accommodate return transactions for event purchases.

However, we do offer exchanges on pop-up event purchases. If you'd like to exchange an item, please reach out to us at info@baxterwood.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll be happy to assist.
