What are the return and exchange terms?

Once your return has been approved through the returns portal, a return label will be provided via email and a flat fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund amount if you choose to use the shipping label. In the event of an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be waived. For international orders, the price of the label is determined upon requesting your return.  

BAXTER WOOD's gift cards are not returnable or refundable, nor are any promotional or final sale items. We partner with Happy Returns to make returns and exchanges easy. All you need is your QR code and your unused, unwashed items. Simply start your return online, head to a Return Bar near you and you’ll be done in less than a minute.

Footwear: We know you need to try them on for fit and comfort, but make sure to only wear them on clean floors inside (and never outside, if you plan to return them). We cannot accept any shoes that have been worn, washed or altered in any way. All items must be returned unworn and unwashed.

Outerwear: All items must be returned unworn and unwashed. The product tag must also be attached to the coat in order to return it.

What is your 365 days extended returns policy?

All Day, All Week, All Year. We accept returns within 365 days of your purchase for a full value store credit. All return items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags still intact.

If you would like to exchange your item, no return fee will be charged. Just fill out the exchange columns on your packing slip and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement.

If items arrived damaged or the incorrect item was sent, please contact us via text at 312-380-9188 and we will rectify the situation free of charge.

How do I return/exchange my order?

If needed, you have 14 days to return or exchange unused, unwashed styles. * Please note that all items will need to have their product tags attached.

Start a return online to receive a shipping label. Your refund or exchange will be initiated as soon as the parcel is delivered to us, processed within a 5-7 day window.

When will I receive my refund ?

Once we have checked the condition of the returned items, we will send you an e-mail to inform you about the refund of your order. Remember, the refund will be made via the same payment method used to purchase the item and depending on your bank, this can vary from 3 to 12 working days from when we receive your return in our warehouses.

In-person purchases at pop-ups

Products purchased by customers in-person at pop-up events cannot be returned. However, these products can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Shipping cost of the responsibility of the client.

Repeated returns not in compliance with the Return Policy

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers in order to check whether the purchase of products is pursued for consumer purposes and is not, on the contrary, pursued for commercial, entrepreneurial or professional purposes, and/or is otherwise related to fraudulent intent. Frequent or repeated returns and in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged. In this case, at our discretion, we may proceed to close your BAXTER WOOD account or refuse future orders.

If you make a return after benefiting from our free return policy based on an exchange, please note the following:

After an investigation into serial returns, the final item you return will be subject to a deduction of all shipping costs incurred for all returns under your account. Additionally, a fee of $20 per item will be applied to both current and previous returns. This fee will be limited to the maximum value of the current item purchased.
