We ship all domestic orders through USPS. Standard shipping leaves our Indianapolis warehouse within 48 hours, and typically arrives within 8 business days. Expedited orders are processed the same day for orders placed before 12pm EST, or the following day if placed after 12pm EST, and typically arrive in 2-3 days via USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed over the weekend and major holidays are fulfilled the next business day. Please note that orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

Please note that there may be some taxes and customs charges applied upon delivery. Promotional items do factor into customs and duties.

Please note that all international sales are final, i.e., we can not accept returns or exchanges.

If your purchase has not arrived by the delivery date, check your e-mail as it is likely that you have received an e-mail informing you that the order has left our warehouse.

Remember you can query the status of your order at any time in My orders in the My account section. If you are not registered, go to the Orders section and enter your e-mail address and order number.

Bear in mind that during sale periods and promotions, delivery dates may be longer.

The amount is determined by your country’s Customs department based on the country of origin of the items being purchased and classification of these items. International taxes such as VAT (Value Added Tax) are set by the destination country.

Select DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) at checkout to pre-pay these fees. All fees will be listed on the Global-e international checkout page.

If DDP is not selected, the shipping carrier will invoice you upon delivery. BAXTER WOOD is not responsible for these charges.

Customs duties and taxes on all international orders are non-refundable through BAXTER WOOD. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.
