Am I able to cancel or edit my order after I've placed it?
We understand there may be situations where you need to cancel or edit your order. While we will always do our best to accommodate your needs, our orders do move through the fulfillment center pretty quickly. Once your order has reached our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel or edit it due to system limitations.
If we are not able to cancel or edit your order and you would like a different size, color, or style, we are happy to help you process an exchange or return within 14 days for any unworn product! Simply reach out to us at email@example.com.
What shipping methods are available, and how long will it take to get my order?
We offer 3 different shipping options with USPS and UPS:
UPS Free Standard: 3-7 business days
UPS Expedited ($25): 2-3 business days
UPS Rush ($35): 1-2 business days
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday, barring any national holidays.
*Please note: UPS and other carriers are experiencing significant delays. We kindly request for customers to wait up to 14 business days from when order was shipped.
Due to unprecedented supply chain issues, shipping on orders may be temporarily delayed. Your order may make an extra stop along the journey—rest assured that your package is on its way and that we're doing our best to get it to you.

What's your return policy?
If needed, you have 14 days to return or exchange unused, unwashed styles. BAXTER WOOD's gift cards are not returnable or refundable, nor are any promotional or final sale items. We partner with Happy Returns to make returns and exchanges easy. All you need is your QR code and your unused, unwashed items. Simply start your return online, head to a Return Bar near you and you’ll be done in less than a minute.
Footwear: We know you need to try them on for fit and comfort, but make sure to only wear them on clean floors inside (and never outside, if you plan to return them). We cannot accept any shoes that have been worn, washed or altered in any way. All items must be returned unworn and unwashed.
Outerwear: All items must be returned unworn and unwashed. The product tag must also be attached to the bag in order to return it.
How do I return/exchange my order?

With over 2600 drop-off locations nationwide, Happy Returns makes returns and exchanges easy. All you need is your shipping label and your unused, unwashed items in their original packaging.
Start a return online to receive a shipping label. Find a Return Bar closest to you and drop your unused, unwashed items off. All done! Your refund or exchange will be initiated as soon as the parcel is delivered to us.

The bulk of our items are produced in Asia. Our factories are strategically picked based on the proximity to the largest natural rubber farms on the planet, and highest producing PET(recycled plastic to polyester) factories, and regenerative leather farms.
